INTRICOAT
INTRICOAT provides precise, beautifully finished powder coating for complex or delicate components in low volume. Your expertly machined components are given the care they deserve in our INTRICOAT ‘clean-room’ facility within our plant.
TiZr passivation
Our optimised TiZr passivation pre-treatment system prepares the aluminium surface to improve adhesive bonding, welding and sealing. We have over two decades of experience in applying the best TiZr systems for our clients.
Iridite NCP
Iridite NCP is a chrome-free powder coating system with a high resistance to corrosion. It can be used as a final finish or as a pre-treatment. We offer an immersion process for Iridite NCP application.
PowderBond
PowderBond is our own breakthrough process for joining aluminium to propylene with unrivalled bond strength. No adhesive is necessary and the joining process is simple, quick and clean.
We have extensive commerical experience of designing, developing and validating dielectric coating systems that work to solve critical insulation challenges for aluminium in EVs
Testing & Development
Testing and development are core services at Powdertech Surface Science, both for our ongoing processes and as research work for OEMs. We have installed Instron mechanical testing technology and XRF equipment.
