The INTRICOAT process starts with a consultation with one of our engineers, experienced in surface finishing. We are able to review and work with your specification as per your needs, ensuring:

  • Masking requirements are as practical and achievable as possible and are prepared by our team of experts on CAD.

  • We review the design for areas where unsightly or problematic burrs can form, and determine how  we can remove that risk.

  • We select the right powder for you to meet your environmental, visual and performance needs.

  • We test the thickness of the powder coating to ensure it is within the required range in microns.
