New talent at Powdertech Surface Science: Welcoming NPI expertise and administrative support. 

At Powdertech, we are excited to welcome two new members to our team, Colin Greaves, who has joined us as the New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager, and Molly Hedges, in our administration department.

Colin Greaves, NPI Manager at Powdertech.

On 22nd April 2025, Colin Greaves joined Powdertech, bringing over 25 years of experience in developing and launching new products in the aircraft seating industry. Colin has years of experience in creating innovative and bespoke solutions marked by a passion for precision, process, and problem-solving. 

Before joining Powdertech, Colin worked with global leaders, like Acro Aircraft Seating as Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and with Meech International as Production Engineer. 

As an NPI manager at Powdertech, Colin will be closely working with our clients, ensuring new projects get off the ground smoothly, on schedule with the required quality standards.   

Outside of work, Colin enjoys gliding, paddleboarding, and restoring classic cars, but most of all, he enjoys spending quality time with his granddaughter.

Molly Hedges, Office Administration at Powdertech.

Molly Hedges joined us on 14th April 2025, as our newest Office Administrator. Having worked in retail for 3 years, Molly brings in a strong customer service background. Her organised and detail-oriented approach with an eye for efficiency makes her a fantastic addition to the Powdertech team. 

Molly brings structure, support, and a fresh perspective to the workplace, and she has already made an impression with her enthusiastic attitude and positive spirit.

Our newest members, Colin and Molly, bring in a perfect blend of deep industry experience with fresh energy and perspective. We are excited to have them on board.
